Quality & Professionalism

Ivan Lendl, the owner of Weston Racquet Club, where I work as the Director of Tennis, strikes me as being a consumate professional in every sense of the word. He commands respect, not only because he is an eight-time Grand Slam tennis champion and formerly the world's #1 player, but that he pays attention to the little things. He is making a comeback in the tennis world and he meticulously prepares for his matches by arranging pratice sessions with other players. Another words, he takes his image seriously. When he played on the tour he always wore professional attire, was well prepared and was known as the fittest player in the game.

This all reflects on his professionalism and dedication to a quality outcome. They have a saying in accounting: GIGO - which stands for "garbage in, garbage out." You get what you put into life. If you give your best you will get a quality outcome, if not, you will receive something sub-par.
